Coaching & Development Update

The throws workshop planned for May 4th in Templemore has been changed to two separate nights on April 7th & 9th as follows:
Tues 7th April- Hammer & Shot Workshop Templemore 7-9pm (John O Farrell Hammer & Dave Frattaroli Shot)

Thur 9th April- Javelin & Discus Workshop Templemore 7-9pm (John Sheehan Javelin & Jerry Horgan Discus)

Also please note the there are still places available on the Assistant Coach Course being held in Castleisland Co Kerry on Sat 11th April. Anyone interested should register at the link below ASAP.
