Squad training on Sunday 12/10/14. Sprints and Long Jump from 11.45AM to 1.30PM. Hammer and High Jump from 12 to 2pm. Coach Rosie Daniels. If any club coaches wish to attend or assist please come along. Hammer and Javelin coach John Coleman.

Any athletes that have forms or owe €50 please bring it. 

County Intermediate, Masters & Juvenile X Country continues on Sunday. 

Admission is €5 Per Adult.( Max €5 per family). 

Athletes online regisition fee is €2 for juvenile and juniors.

All others €3. Clubs will be billed at the end of the season.
