On Day 1of the competitions we had 2 athletes competing from our club.
David Kenny continued his winning form following the national schools with a very convincing win in the 2000m walk race with a time of 10:38:06
In the field events competing we had Robert Campbell. Robert took home two munster medals. Silver in the Javelin with a fine throw of 31.57m. He also took Bronze in the Hammer with a throw of 27.73m. He was 6th in the Discus with a throw of 23.86m
