FEET FIRST Good Friday 5mile Killarney

The Annual Mizuno Feet First Good friday 5miler took place around the streets of Killarney on the evening of 29th April. Just under 500 runners of all abilities took part in the two lap route through the town. The atmosphere was simply electric.
Congrats to the race organisers in putting together a top notch event.

Arthur Fitzgerald was the first home from our club in a good time of 27:10 to finish 7th place overall. George McCarthy was next in a time of 28:04, taking the O40 prize.

Their was also great performances from Richard O'Brien (31:11), Ger Ladden (31:25) 3rd in O45, Caitriona Barry (31:47) very good time.
