Athletes U9 to U11
These age groups will be confined to a maximum of two events. There will be no individual U9 to U11 Championships, teams only. If an athlete has no partner on the day, they will not be allowed to compete. Teams must be named in advance. Clubs are limited to a maximum of three teams per event. All races will be on times only.

Athletes U12 to U19
These age groups will be confined to a maximum of three events in total over the two days of the Championships. There will be heats and finals where necessary.
There is no OPEN entry to National  for any age group, this includes U17, U18 and U19 age groups so all athletes must compete at and qualify from their Munster Championships. The only exception that will be made at National level is athletes who are selected and will be competing at the European Junior Championships on the same days as Day 2 of our Munster Championships (17th & 18th July).
