Please Note:
· Only registered competitors may take part. Registered names missing from the programme
may be reported to the office. Names may not be added or changed on relays.
· Order of events may change: please listen for announcements & ensure athletes are on time.
· Competitors must pin the official area number to the front of their singlets; front & back for relays.
· No spikes allowed in the following age-groups: U8, U10, U12 & U13
· Competitors must leave the field immediately after competition
· Only appointed officials are allowed on field during competitions.
