Up Coming Workshops in Cork/Kerry/Limerick/Tipperary

Please find details below of some up coming workshops for athletes & coaches:

- Wed March 14th: Sprints/Hurdles Workshop at University of Limerick
Track 7-9pm with registration 6.40-6.55pm and cost EUR5 payable on the
night. The workshop will be led by National Sprints/Hurdles Director
Hayley Harrison & husband Drew Harrison. Also attending on the night
will be some leading senior international sprints/hurdles athletes
coached by Drew & Hayley. The workshop is open to all athletes &
coaches aged 12+.

- Thur March 15th: Fit4Life Leader Workshop at The Bridge Centre
(Adjacent to Clonmel Athletics Club) Clonmel, Co Tipperary from 7-9pm.
The workshop is free and open to all Fit4Life groups and those looking
to become a Fit4Life Leader.

- Wed March 21st: Strength & Conditioning Workshop at An Riocht AC
Clubhouse Castleisland Co Kerry from 7-9pm. This workshop will be run
by Gordon Brett from Munster Rugby and will focus on athlete
development & injury prevention through functional screening. The
workshop costs EUR5 payable on the night from registration between
6.40-6.55pm and is open to all athletes/coaches aged 15+.

- Wed March 21st: Jumps Workshop at Cork IT Track from 7-9pm. It is
open to all athletes/coaches aged 12+ with registration taking place
at 6.45pm sharp and workshop starting at 7pm. You simply come along on
the night and pay EUR5. The events covered on the night will be High
Jump, Long Jump and Pole Vault. Munster Performance Squad Coaches
Chris Regan High Jump, Eamon Flanagan Pole Vault and Stephen Fleming
Long Jump will be taking the session.

A reminder the remaining Munster Squad Days are as follows:

- March 10th UL Track

- April 7th Castleisland Track

- April 21st Cork IT Track

The Development Squad session runs from 10am-12pm and is open to all
registered club athletes in Munster born 1998 (u14)-1993 (u20).
Registration starts at 9.30am and closes at 9.55am and cost is EUR5.
Again this is an open session and all are welcome. The Performance
Squad starts at 12.30pm and will run until roughly 3.30-4pm and this
is ONLY open to the 85 selected athletes born 1996-1992.

Please inform all athletes/coaches in your clubs about these workshops
and pass on to anyone that may be interested. Better attendance at
workshops ensures more workshops in the future so please encourage
athletes & coaches to attend.
