This was the second race in the Killarney Winter 5k series of races. Organised by local club Gneeveguilla AC, Their was yet another good turn out this saturday morning race which had 143 finishers.
The race was won by Ed Murphy (Gneeveguilla) at a time of 15:53. Our own Arthur Fitzgerald showed great strength to hold off John Barret (Gneeveguilla) to take second place with at time of 16:21.
Mike O'Connor had yet another great run to finish with a time of 20:05. That 20min barrier will be broken before the series is out.
