Well done to Jim O'Shea and Mike O'Connor who participated in the AAI national Indoor Championships held last Sunday in Nenagh.
Both athletes came away with medals.
Jim finished 4th in the 60m (10:06), 2nd in the long jump (3.84m) and 2nd in the High Jump (1.30m)
Mike competed in the walk and finished 1st (15:58) in his category.
