Development Squads this Sunday will start at 11.30 to 1.30pm.

Sprints, Long Jump, Middle Distance, Hurdles, Throws will have coaches in attendance. 

Rosie Daniels will do a High Jump session next Thursday 13/Nov for squad athletes. Time TBC.
