Squad Session Sunday 19th October. 12 - 2pm

Sprints and Long Jump as normal. 

Throws athletes will do a S/C session with Arthur Fitzgerald. 

Middle Distance athletes with have a session with Con Lynch. 

Any outstanding forms and payment should be brought on the day. 

Also there will be a X Country Session with Niamh O'Sullivan on Saturday 18th @ 11am in Tralee Sports Complex. This is in preparation for the Munster X Country on 26/Oct.
