Fit4Life - Cardio., Strength, Endurance & Flexibilty Program Wk2

A great turn out to the second week of our Winter Fit4Life Cardiorespiratory, Strength, Endurance & Flexibilty Exercise session.
Everyone worked very hard and gave it all as Maria put them through a structured program of total body physical fitness which will benefit their overall health.
