Congrats to Natasha Myers who 5th in the Girls U11 race at the Munster Juvenile Uneven Age Cross Country Championships in Castlelyons, Co. Cork on Sunday 10th November 2013. A fantastic achievement. Corrina Griffin also competed and finished in 110th place. Corrina is still very young and has another year in U11's
Well done also to all our other athletes who took part.
U9 Girls - Ellen Kelliher, this was Ellen's first time competing in Munster and she finished in a great position of 53rd out of 95 runners.
U9 Boys - Cormac Costello, this was Cormacs first Munster XC race and he did very well
U11 Boys - Thomas Clifford was part of the Kerry team, he finished in 69th palce out of a field of 138 runners.County team finished in 5th spot.
U15 Boys - David Kenny finished in 31st place
In the Intermediate Womens race we had Caitriona Barry running as part of the county team. Caitriona did very well and finished in 17th place which helped to secure silver for the county team.
The team was made up of:
Karina Teahan (St. finbarr's) 2nd, AnnaMeria Costello (Gneeveguilla) 7th, Grace Lynch (Iveragh) 9th, Caitriona Barry (farranfore) 17th & Niamh Clifford (SOTL) 24th.

Darren Burke (An riocht) was the only Kerry representative in the Intermediates mens. Darren finished in 8th place.
Conor O'Mahony (Tralee Harriers) won Bronze in the U19 boys. Liam O'Connell (Iveragh) was in 5th place & Cillian O'Donovan (Iverage) was in 8th place.
