The National Championships on Sunday will also act as the trials for the upcoming European cross country championships in Belgrade, Serbia on December 8th. The top three athletes in the junior and senior races in Sunday’s trial race will gain automatic selection for the European championships. The first three U23 athletes (male/female) within the senior races will gain favourable consideration for selection.
