Race 3 of An Riocht 5K series was held on Friday 13th Sept . Well done to  David Culloty who improved in his time (17:15) and was first junior series winner. Dermot Dineen also ran very well to get a series best 5K time of 17:35 and winning the O40 category. Aidan McCarthy also ran well with a time of 18:24.

Our Coach and athlete Maria McCarthy competed in the Hardman Olympic Triathlon in Dingle over the weekend. This entailed a 1.5Km swim, 40Km cycle & 10Km run. Maria was second lady overall with one of the best 10Km run times. Well done.
