Club Notes Jan 2017

Below are this week's notes. Thank you for your continued support

Club Membership
Membership for 2017 is now due. In order to be eligible to take part in athletic competitions & avail of our club training it you need to be registered. Full details posted on our club website. Newcomers welcome with information in regards athletics and our club also available on our website.

Club Training:
Cardiorespiratory, Strength, Endurance & Flexibility Exercise Class every Tuesday @ 7pm indoors at Farranfore Sports Hall,  Coached by Maria McCarthy, this programme is designed to improve all the components of fitness that constitute physical fitness of an individual. €5 per class

Juvenile Indoor Training starts up on Thursday 26th Jan,  at 7pm in the Sports Hall, Farranfore. €2 per session. We will have registration on the same night. Any new members please bring photocopy of birth cert. Registration forms can be downloaded from our website

Secondary School /Junior / Senior training every Thursday starts back again at 6:40pm in GAA grounds Farranfore from Jan12th. This is endurance training for all levels with emphasis on running form and technique. €2 club member, €4 non club member.

Sat 4th Feb: Gneeveguilla AC 5K road race series Race 1of4, Killarney @ 11am
Sat 11th Feb: Gneeveguilla AC 5K road race series Race 2of4, Killarney @ 11am
Sun 12th Feb.: AAI Masters & Juvenile 'B' Cross Country Championships, WIT Waterford
