Club Weekly Notes - Sept 12th 2016

On Sunday 11th Sept the club hosted their Annual Juvenile Open Sports Day in the GAA Grounds. There was a good turnout from local clubs and Limerick considering the dismal weather conditions. The High Jump competition had to be cancelled due to the high winds. Well done to all the participants in competing and we hope to see you all again next year.

At the first race of the An Riocht AC 5Km Road Race series held in Castleisland on Wednesday evening 7th Sept., Maria Mccarthy finished 4th lady overall and first in her age category. This is a good event for those preparing for the Cross Country in October. Next races are on Wednesday 14th & 21st Sept.
