Jim O'Shea competed in 3 events in his O70 masters category and picked up 3 munster medals.
Jim was 2nd in the 100m Dash (15.62sec), 1st in the High Jump (1.25m) & 1st in the Long Jump (4.03m). Jim's long Jump of 4.03m is a new munster championship best. The existing record of 3.94m was set by Jim himself back in 2012. Congratulations to Jim.
