- Wednesday 11th March Throws (Javelin & Shot) Workshop UL
A Throws Workshop will take place on Wednesday 11th March 7-9pm at UL Track. The cost of the workshop is €5 per person payable on the night at registration 6.40-6.55pm with a 7pm sharp start time. There is no need to book a place, just show up on the night. The workshop is open to all athletes and coaches aged 10+ and will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coaches John Sheehan Javelin and Dave Frattaroli Shot.
