This is a highly competitive event where some of the best British Masters compete against each other. It is a great place to go if you want a more competitive field of athletes than our nationals.
Jim O'Shea did very well in his age category (M70) to win gold in the High Jump (1,30m) and bronze in the Long Jump (3,99m).
Michael O'Connor came 5th in the Race Walk. It was great to see Michael back competing following a long lay off due to injury for the most part of 2014.
