A Jumps Workshop will take place on Friday 6th March 7-9pm at Cork IT Track. The cost of the workshop is €5 per person payable on the night at registration 6.40-6.55pm with a 7pm sharp start time. There is no need to book a place, just show up on the night. The workshop is open to all athletes and coaches aged 10+ and will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coaches Steve Fleming Long Jump, Chris Regan High Jump and Eamon Flanagan Pole Vault with all 3 events catered for on the night.
