Munster Performance Squad Training

The 1st session of the Munster Performance Squad took place last Saturday at Cork IT with a great turnout. Going forward each event group led by their head coach, will have their own sessions until the final meet up of all event groups in April. All athletes & their personal coaches should make sure they contact their head event coach at the e mail address below so they are included in the group e mails.
