Their was a very competitive field of 278 with the first top 5 male runners coming in under 15 minutes and the top 5 females coming in under 19 minutes
David McCarthy of West Waterford ACcame home at a time of 14:14, beating last years course record time by 1 second.
Laura Crowe of An Riocht AC who finished first in the female category in a fine time of 16:56.
