The Aviva All Ireland schools track and field championships provided a feast of underage athletics in the magnificent Tullamore Harriers stadium on Saturday 2nd June.
Jonathan Foley (Presentation Milltown) took gold in the Senior Pole Vault with a height of 3.80m. This was a great achievement for Jonathan. Well done.
Jack O'Sullivan (Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne) finished in 5th place in the Senior 800m with a time of 1:57:38. Jack just missed out in 4th spot by a fraction of a second. This was a very impressive time, well done to you.
Niamh De Hora (Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne) also ran very well in the Senior 1500m. She finished 7th overall with a time of 5:00:48
