In the Field events, Daniel Clifford was back in good form when he picked up 3 Gold medals. 1st in the Shot (11.46m), Discus (39.89m) & Hammer (34.95m).
It was great to see James Nagle back competing for the club again. James was 1st in the 56lb (6.87m) and 2nd in the Shot (10.9m).
John Coleman was 2nd in the Hammer (32.99m).
Rossa Foley did well where he was 2nd in the Triple Jump (11.39m), 3rd in the Discus (26.59m) & 4th in Javelin (32.8m).
Robert Campbell was 3rd in the Javelin (35.41m)
Kayleigh Cronin was 1st in the ladies Discus (39.87m)
Our only athlete competing in the track events was Micheal O'Shea where he ran a good 400m to take 1st place in a time of 53.62 sec & was 2nd in the 100m (11.49 sec)
