There will be a Graded Track & Field Competition this Saturday 29/11/14 at An Riocht starting at 12noon. Registration and collection of numbers from 11am.
Open to U16 and upwards.
There will be electronic timing in place.
Events 150m, 600m, 3000m, shot, and L/J.
There will be no squad session this Sunday, next session will be on the 7/12/14
