Javelin Workshop UL Wed 17th Sep

There will be a Javelin Workshop taking place on Wednesday 17th September at UL Track from 7-9pm. Registration will take place at the track entrance from 6.40-6.55pm and the cost is €5 per person. The workshop will be run by Munster Performance Squad Coach John Sheehan and is open to all athletes & coaches aged 11+.

Also note that the Athletics Leader Course planned for Sunday 21st September has now been changed to Saturday 20th September at Cork IT.
