Killarney Womens Mini Marathon - Training Group

Killarney Women’s Mini Marathon is a 10k event through Killarney National Park. Walk. Run or Jog for charity. Some love to run just for the heck of it, some seek goals to accomplish, some walk to help their charity, some jog in memory of loved ones, some run to bathe in the beauty of Killarney National Park, some run to lose weight and gain a fitness routine for life, some run to be social and to train with friends. Regardless of the reason, get out there on the day and enjoy yourself!

TRAINING GROUP - Killarney
Let Dawn help you set the pace at this year’s Killarney Women’s Mini Marathon with the help of Maria O’Keeffe McCarthy, amazing runner, mom and most importantly a great coach.
Training  is on Mondays @ 6.30pm meeting at Killarney National Park across from the Cathedral gates. 
This will be running made easy at €5 per session. Session lasts for upto 45mins. It includes warm up, mobility exercises, run/walk, warm down and stretches. Maria has developed a weekly programme that will help you get fitter, learn to enjoy exercise but most importantly make new friends.

Maria will help complete beginners, those wanting to step up to a 10K distance or simply improve on their last years race.
So get active and start running – slowly, one step at a time.

So make Monday evenings the day you let Dawn and Maria help you set the pace and get you to the start line of this year’s Killarney’s Women’s Mini Marathon on the 20th of September.
