Farranfore MaineValley AC are promoting family fitness
this summer.
We want to promote wellness & healthiness, while teaching the whole family that running and physical fitness can be fun and self rewarding.
For the month of June we have put together a 3 week program to bring together families and individuals to take them from the bed to running up to 2 miles over the month of June.
Coaching will be carried out by a qualified coach with many years of experience in athletics.For the month of June we have put together a 3 week program to bring together families and individuals to take them from the bed to running up to 2 miles over the month of June.
Each session will last for 45 minutes. 30 mins of run / walking intervals to gradually build you up to jogging 2 miles. 15 mins of conditioning to help strengthen the body.
