On Saturday 25th January 2014 the second race of this years Gneeveguilla AC Annual 5K Road Race Series was held in Killarney. The course was the same as the last two years. The day was very windy with rain showers. It was evident from the finish times that the competitors had to work hard against the wind and PB's would be very few.
Over 120 runners, joggers and walkers participated. This was up from last week. Race 3 of this 4 race series will be on Saturday 1st February, Killarney @11am. Registration at the old monastery. Well done to Maria McCarthy who was the first lady to finish.
