In the Clubs category Farranfore Maine Valley took Gold. The team was made up of:
Maria McCarthy, Caitriona barry, Niamh DeHora & Casandra Myers. Maria and Caitriona also won individual bronze medals in the Senior and novice respectively.
Kerry team took Silver in the Novice and Gold in the Seniors.
This was a great achievement for all the ladies who competed.Well done to all.

In the mens 4mile their was a very poor turn out for the county. We only had 3 athletes representing Kerry. Overall the field was poor with only 67 athletes competing.
Well done to Cian Murphy of Iveragh who ran a great race to finish in 4th place, just missing out in the senior medal. Our own George McCarthy finished well up in 14th place. Tim O'Connor (An Riocht) finished just behind George.
